Japanese Film Showing (2nd March 2013)

On 2nd March, the 3rd Japanese Film Showing was held at Kimisagara One Stop Youth Employment and Productive Centre in Kigali. Around 200 pupils enjoyed the film called "Bushido Sixteen". The story tells about the life of Japanese high school students who play Kendo, one of the Japanese popular traditional sports. One of the participants said after the showing "I was very excited to see such a powerful and speedy sport like Kendo". This was a very good opportunity to show some of the Japanese culture to the Rwandan pupils who until now were not very familiar with the Japanese way of life.
